Migrate Data LTD
Data Engineer
At Migrate Data LTD, I lead end-to-end data migration projects, beginning with legacy system analysis and concluding with the implementation of ETL pipelines. I design and build these pipelines using MSSQL and SSIS, particularly for large-scale Salesforce data migrations. My role involves producing detailed reports on client source systems to identify data issues and recommend adjustments for a seamless transition. I also optimise legacy data in SQL SSMS to ensure data quality and compliance with target platform requirements. To improve efficiency, I’ve automated data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes using Python scripts. Additionally, I use Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Storage, and Data Integration, to support robust data infrastructure. A key part of my role is managing client communication, gathering requirements, and ensuring the smooth execution of migration projects. I’ve also completed GDPR awareness training to support the secure and compliant handling of personal data.
